The service

Scenedle is a free daily video-guessing game provided for your personal entertainment. We may add, change, or remove features, puzzles, or categories at any time, and we may suspend or discontinue the service.

Third-party content

Video clips are hosted by YouTube and shown through its official embedded player. We do not own that content, and your use of embedded videos is also subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. Titles, artwork, trademarks, and other materials belong to their respective owners.

Acceptable use

• Use Scenedle for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Don't disrupt, overload, scrape in bulk, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Don't reverse-engineer or misuse the site except as permitted by law.

Accounts (optional)

Some features may require an account. If you create one, you're responsible for the activity under it and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Provide accurate information and don't impersonate others.

Scenedle+ subscriptions (optional)

The daily puzzle is always free. Scenedle+ is an optional paid subscription that unlocks extra features. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Billing is handled by a third-party payment provider and is also subject to that provider's and the app store's terms.

Affiliate disclosure

Scenedle participates in the Amazon Associates Program and may earn commissions from qualifying purchases made through links on the site, at no extra cost to you.

Intellectual property

The Scenedle name, branding, and original game design are ours. You may share your results and link to Scenedle, but you may not copy or redistribute the site itself without permission.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Scenedle is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular video will remain available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
